- Prerequisite: Etecoon or Infested Terran
- Benefit: You may carry an additional weapon and switch to it with the same action you use to attack with it. There may be other uses for an additional arm, as well.
- Special: You may take this feat up to a maximum of four arms. If you are not an Etecoon or Infested Terran, you may take this feat to replace a missing arm, up to a number of times equal to your natural number of arms.
